Hi There!

Picture this. You're perusing the aisles of your favorite thrift store.  You see a lady checking out a fabulous chocolate brown leather coat - the one you've been dying to find. You size her up knowing A) It won't fit her and B)  She sooo won't do it justice. You linger... silently pray... and then plot on how  to trip her up, snatch it and run when suddenly comes to her senses and puts it back on the rack! You profess your love to Jesus and move in for the kill. The leather is butter soft -just like you'd imagined. You slip her on and she fits! You check the price tag and it reads $20. She's so worth. You get to the register and it rings up $10. Sigh. That...was a good day.

After my short trip but successful trip to the Goodwill this weekend, I decided to hit up another Goodwill near the J-O-B on yesterday. I didn't have much time to look around but I was able to snatch up the cutest lil Michael Kors loafers for my niece. I don't know about you, but that's what I'd call a fabuless find! Check it out!

Hello Fab Divas,

It's Monday...again. Exciting right? As I let the sarcasm drip from my words, let's focus on what's important... My sister is rocking the hell outta these damn bows! She thrifted this skirt a year ago and do you believe she never wore it? Sad to say that happens often in our world. So, we've actually vowed to shop our closets for the next couple of weeks and avoid the thrift stores -well more like visit only one a week - baby steps here people!

A Touch of Leopard!

Well, maybe more like a dash. Whatever! All I know is I'm in LOVE with these leopard heels I scored from Forever 21 for only 5 freaking bucks! Tuh! I bought the hell outta these shoes! Especially after I had one of the sales associates helping me search the entire store for 30 minutes to find the missing pair - that was conveniently hidden at the bottom of a clearance bin. I was determined not to leave without her!

Mainly because I knew I had the perfect cobalt blue blazer I thrifted last month and  I've been dying to wear it. Cobalt blue + Leopard = Damn right!

Back to Work Monday!

Hi there!

Happy freaking Monday! Hope you guys had an amazing Thanksgiving! We spent Thanksgiving in Myrtle Beach with my sister's in-laws and let me tell you...we had a blast. The time was well spent eating, shopping, laughing, making memories and more eating. Needless to say, today this week is gonna be rough! Yep, it sure is!

Let's focus on this skirt. I thrifted this fabuless hot pink skirt last year. It was during  my very 1st thrift experience from what is now, one of our favorite thrift stores in Summerville, South Carolina. She's just been sitting in my closet patiently waiting for her debut. Best $.99 I've spent in a very long time!
